Bye-Bye Obesity

Are you trying to lose weight? We often think of weight loss as a hard task! Some people might even say it is a nearly impossible task. The other problem with weight loss is that it’s even harder is keeping the weight off.

Women often get upset with weightgain!

Men get frusturated with weightgain as well!

It is recommended by the CDC to loss about 1-2 pounds per week!

Following our advice will help you become healthier and loss a few pounds along the way! We can guarantee that you will see the results of your effort soon. Losing weight gradually and slowly is the best way to keep going and avoid relapsing. That is why we recommend the following:

©    Eat healthier: start by adding healthier food to your diet, such as vegetables, and nuts.

©    Get physically active: exercise regularly walking, swimming, jogging, or cardio are great physical activities.

©    Get enough sleep: sleep deprivation can cause overeating to obtain energy.

©    Drink water: water cleanses the body of its toxins, aids the digestive process, and helps with weight loss.

©     Keep a food journal: keeping record of food consumption is a very good idea to monitor food intake.

©    Get help from a professional: a nutritionist, trainer, or life coach are great resources.  

©    Check with your health care provider: there could be underlying health issues like Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism.

©    Count calories: quantity is as important as quality. Counting calories helps us maintain a healthy weight.

©    Getting healthier is the main goal: remember the main goal is to get healthier so focus on that.

©    Do not rely on the scale alone: sometimes losing weight will be more obvious with the body’s measurements and clothes size than on a scale.

You may find some difficulties with weight loss, but you should always keep pushing through. The suggestions listed above can be modified to fit your unique situation.
